Luther M. Maddy III - Director

Luther began teaching full-time in 1987.  Before founding RMBA in 1997 he taught  for the Salinas Union High School District,  Hartnell Community College, Boise State University and Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.  Luther holds an MBA and B.S. in Business Management and several teaching certifications.  He is currently earning a Ph.D. from the University of Idaho.  Luther has had numerous articles published in various computer magazines.  You can learn more about Luther by visiting: LutherMaddy.com or ChristianManager.com

Tracy Maddy - HR Director

Tracy joined RMBA in 2008.  She has been a registered nurse (RN) since 1994.  She currently works part-time as a charge nurse at a local hospital when she is not working at RMBA.  Before moving to Idaho, Tracy served on the Clinical Consistency and Standards panel for another hospital for 8 years.  This panel's efforts resulted in that hospital being named a top 100 hospital in the United States. 

Sandi Lyman - LMS Director/Tech and Web Support

Sandi joined RMBA in 2005. Prior to that she was an instructor at Peninsula College for 7 years. Sandi holds a BS in Information Technology and an AA in Business Computers. Sandi developed our Learning Management System and manages it for all RMBA locations. Sandi is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer and Certified Microsoft Office Master Instructor; she has also served on the CompTIA A+ advisory board. In addition to managing our LMS and website, she    teaches at our Caldwell campus.

Jennifer - Boise Location Manager

Jennifer manages the Boise campus and brings with her 20 years as an administrative generalist, serving as a troubleshooter for hard-to-fill niche roles and completing temporary assignments across an extensive range of companies worldwide.  Highly specialized between executive support staff and project management, she currently spends her time guiding students through coursework with an emphasis on self sufficiency and career readiness.  Jennifer enjoys facilitating workplace, performance, health and safety, leadership and development, human resource, interpersonal, technical, and conflict resolution trainings.
